Mark Pesonen, Chief Executive Officer, Global Head of Enterprise Products & Services
Mark Pesonen is the chief executive officer and global head of Enterprise Products & Services (EPS), which offers companies a full range of solutions to access, integrate, distribute and manage data and information across organizations more efficiently and effectively.
Mr. Pesonen is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Bloomberg’s EPS, which combines the resources of the BLOOMBERG PROFESSIONAL® service -- the world’s most trusted source of information, analytics, data and news -- with new, innovative Enterprise-wide technology solutions.
An industry leader in information technology, Mr. Pesonen has more than 30 years experience in managing IT teams as a consultant and corporate executive. Prior to joining Bloomberg in 2009, he was CEO of Panther Express Corporation, taking it from a start up to a major global content delivery network (CDN) provider. He was also chief operating officer at Aqua-Nova LLC, where he led efforts to secure several innovative patents on computer controlled equipment for the biological treatment of wastewater.
Previously, Mr. Pesonen served as chief information officer of the Fixed Income division at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, was a senior vice president in the financial services practice at the Technology Solutions Company and co-founder of Leveraged Software Systems, Ltd., a software consulting firm. He has held consulting positions at J.P.Morgan Securities, Inc., DoubleClick Inc., Fidelity Capital Markets Company, Bankers Trust Company and Citibank.
Mr. Pesonen holds a degree in Computer Science from SUNY and studied computer application and information systems at New York University.

JOHN ODDIE, Chief Executive Officer & Chief Technology Officer
In summer 2010 John took up the reins as full time CEO and CTO in response to the growth in customers and broadening product developments. Previously he had been on the board as a non-executive director and acting CTO.
John has over 25 years’ experience of working in the financial services sector with particular focus on market trading, Celoxica’s key target market. Until 2007, John ran the exchange business for Atos Euronext Market Solutions (AEMS), the largest business unit of the firm, which provides technology and services for global exchanges, clearing houses and capital markets. Prior to this, he was the executive vice president of Instinet’s Global Equities business and has also held senior technology roles at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch.

Donal Byrne, Chief Executive Officer
Donal Byrne is the CEO of Corvil, and has over twenty five years experience working in the field of computer systems, networking and telecommunications. His most recent interest is in mathematical and algorithmic-based solutions for high performance trading and low-latency technologies. Donal joined Corvil in 2000 as the non-executive Chairman and in 2002 took on the role of CEO, with a view to building a successful multinational company for the financial technology sector.

Joshua S. Levine, Chief Executive Officer
Joshua S. Levine is the CEO of ESP Technologies Corp., providing innovative solutions to reduce counterparty risk and backend costs for institutional investors, asset managers and broker / dealers.
Before ESP, he was the Chief Technology and Operations Officer of E*TRADE FINANCIAL, responsible for the company's global technology, operations and customer service. He has also been a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and at Deutsche Bank.
Levine is a member of several corporate and non-profit boards. He is the recipient of many technology industry awards and an honorary doctorate. He co-authored “Application Systems in APL” from Prentice-Hall.

Nick Fera, Chief Executive Officer
Nick has 24 years of business software management experience. As the Chairman and CEO of Parlano, Nick grew Parlano to more than 60 employees, established an intercontinental presence, raised $11 million in capital, and exponentially grew the customer base. Under his direction, Parlano was acquired by Microsoft in 2007. Prior to Parlano, Nick was VP of data warehousing and business intelligence at Platinum Technologies, driving revenues to over $20 million in just eight months. He has also held executive positions a number of companies including President and COO of The Alcar Group (acquired by Hyperion Software), and currently sits on the Board of Directors at NewsGator Technologies, Inc. Nick holds a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree in management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

John Cooley, Chief Financial Officer
John is responsible for finance, business development, legal and compliance and information security. As a member of the management team, John has played a key role in leading the company's development since its inception in June 2000.
Prior to joining FXall, John was HSBC's Chief Administrative Officer for Global Fixed Income, with responsibilities for planning and strategy, including e-business. Previously, he was HSBC's Managing Director and head of Debt Capital Markets and Syndicate in New York.
Before joining HSBC in 1996, John spent 13 years with J.P. Morgan where he held positions in Fixed Income Syndicate, Structured Finance, Private Placements and Investment Banking.
John received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University in 1982; and an MBA in Finance from New York University in 1987.

Gerald Hanweck, Jr., Chief Executive Officer
Gerald Hanweck, Jr., is founder and CEO of Hanweck Associates.
Previously, Mr. Hanweck served as JPMorgan's Chief Equity Derivatives Strategist from 2000 to 2003, and led the bank's U.S. Fixed-Income Derivatives Strategy team. He has taught master's-level business courses at Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago, in addition to dozens of seminars on financial derivatives.
Before joining JPMorgan in 1993, he worked as a derivatives researcher at Discount Corporation of New York Futures, and as a software developer at Microsoft.

Stephen Ehrlich, Chief Executive Officer
Stephen Ehrlich is CEO of Lightspeed Financial, Inc. and is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the business.
Previously, Mr. Ehrlich was Chief Executive Officer of E*TRADE Professional Trading LLC, the professional trading arm of E*TRADE FINANCIAL. Prior to his executive position, Mr. Ehrlich was a Vice President responsible for brokerage strategy.
Mr. Ehrlich earned a BS in Accounting from Franklin & Marshall College. He holds a CPA and is a member of the AICPA and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Ehrlich also holds Series 7, 8, 14, 24, 27, and 63 licenses.

Jeff Gooch, Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Gooch is Chief Executive Officer of MarkitSERV and Executive Vice President in charge of Markit’s Portfolio Valuations group. Jeff joined Markit in 2007 from Morgan Stanley where he worked for 11 years, most recently as managing director and global head of fixed income operations. During this time, he was also the European Chair of the ISDA Operations Committee. Previously, Jeff spent eight years in the audit and consultancy divisions of Ernst & Young’s financial services practice. A Chartered Accountant (ICAEW), he holds an MA in Mathematics from Cambridge University.

Steven O'Hanlon, President & Chief Operating Officer
As President and Chief Operating Officer of Numerix LLC, Mr. O’Hanlon leads the company’s day–to–day global operations. He is the chief architect of the Company’s sales, marketing, distribution and corporate strategy, which has resulted in unprecedented growth during the last three years.
Mr. O’Hanlon has raised more than $50M through venture capital firms, individual investors and public markets. He has actively negotiated the sale of several companies for nearly $500M. A seasoned veteran, he has more than twenty–five years experience building emerging market start–up software companies and has contributed to three successful IPO’s. Mr. O’Hanlon participated in the Network Express IPO road show in which $30M was raised. It was his product and distribution strategy that led to the sale of this company to Cabletron for $110M. Prior to Network Express, Mr. O’Hanlon was a member of Banyan Systems Inc. executive team, which drove eight years of unparalleled growth from $3M to $150M, culminating in a successful IPO.
Prior to Banyan, Mr. O’Hanlon held Sales Executive positions at Avant–Garde Computing and Nixdorf Computers.

Prior to setting up Redkite in 2008, Mr Amos had a long-standing career at JP Morgan, where he had been the driving force in the successful build out and support of the global equities trading platform. Arzhang Kamarei, Managing Partner
Arzhang Kamarei is a Partner at Tradeworx and a Managing Partner at Thesys Technologies, Tradeworx’s technology subsidiary and HFT incubator. Arzhang has been responsible for business development and corporate strategy including the development of new trading businesses and the launch of Thesys Tech in 2009. Arzhang began his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the International Equities Division, where he served as a trader in European, Asian, and Canadian shares and was Co-Head of the Global Equity Financial Analyst Program. Prior to Tora, Robert was the Chief Financial Officer of WebPartner, a software company providing web services performance testing solutions, and the Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of AudioSoft, a software services company providing media licensing solutions (sold to Rovi Corp., fka Macrovision (ROVI)). Robert started his career at Deloitte & Touche LLP and holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University.
